White Owl’s preference is to take an equity interest in projects and play an active role in their development. Projects include 100% owned properties as well as minority and majority positions in partnerships, in both the industrial/commercial and the residential space.

Our real estate team has the capabilities to focus on multiple projects at one time, with significant resources at both the corporate level and in the operating companies to deliver successful projects on time and on budget.

Objectives going forward include ongoing development of existing lands, creating a sizable income-producing portfolio of properties, and enhancing our land-banking strategy for future best and highest use projects.
